What is Girls Who Debate?


Girls Who Debate is an organization created by female-identifying debaters seeking to amplify women's voices in debate. Through a combination of personal articles and introductory resources, Girls Who Debate encourages young women to get involved in speech and debate. The organization focuses on parliamentary formats of debate, such as World Schools Debate, Open Parliamentary and HSPDP.




Can I submit my own experience to GWD Women's Voices?


Yes! We would encourage anyone comfortable to share their own experience in debate with the GWD community. To do so, visit the submissions tab through these steps:

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill out the form there.
